Ive had a bit of problems with me knees and squats. I took a few months off of legs to make sure its nice and healed up (yeah ive suffered alot of muscle loss) but just to make sure that the knee problem doesnt come back i was looking to invest in a good knee wrap. Ive tried those wraps from walmart and they just are terrible, hardly stay on. So i was looking at these two things, what do you think you would suggest is better.

< Just the standard knee wrap

Do you think the whole knee sleeve would be easier to apply and work the same. I would use these during my heaviest lifts to make sure my knee problems dont occur again, but not during light squats, deads, etc.

I've never tried the brace, but it's twice the $$ and I really doubt it is more supportive than wraps. The brace does look easy to put on and you won't ever have to spend time rolling it up inbetween sets... Guess it depends on what you need and how much you're willing to spend.

Are wraps really that big of a pain in the as* to put around the knees?
