Im putting olive oil into my diet to up my fat on the back all the micros are for 100g fair enough. but how do the ratios work out as the liquid is in ml. all help apreciated. is their a conversion chart or formula??

A typical serving is 1 tablespoon, which is 15mL.

15mL of olive oil is 14 grams

So, 100 grams of olive oil would be 107mL

Just stick with the tablespoon measurement (being 14 grams) and you'll be fine
