this is my first journal post so i guess ill start with todays exercise n introduce myself
im 17 yrs old and have been lifting for 6 months i am currently 234 lbs and stand at a height of 6'2" my arms are 17'' my chest is 42''

i guess i should talk about my goals well im headed into my last yr of high school n im trying to get jacked of course. as of right now im starting to look pretty muscular in my arms n shoulders and want to keep that up. my 17'' arms are somthing i try to show off as much as possible by arm wrestling these cut kids who think theyre weight lifting gods and of course i win lol. i hope to by december have a completely solid 18.5'' arm ill be making weekly post on size so you guys can see where im headed.

ok so today i had chest and decided to mix it up a little doing an all dumbbell work out here it is
