I am taking the ANimal-Pak by Universal right now. I was wondering how you would rate this. If this isn't good what should I take then?

i think you got a good multi there. i think you should take 2 packs a day though but it's better than what you get at the super market.

Ive seen multi vitamins with up to 2000% RDA of some vitamins in them, is this amount really nessecery when weight training.

Yes. RDA mean *****. They are the minimum needed to protect you from scurvy and other nastly little diseases. As a bodybuilder you need a hell of a lot more. Especially B's and C and even E. D is not needed that much as your body can produce it from things such as sunlight.
Most of these are water solouble so you won't overdose execpt for Vit E. A intake of 500mg a day is exceptable.

i agree with yates. RDA is for sedentary people not those who work out. you'll hear dieticians and nutrionists tell you that the rda is all you need, they are schooled under old data. keep taking your multi and you'll be fine.

YNB,
I would imagine where you live you'd definitely need to supplement with extra vit. D...
Sunny in Hull, not bloody likely!?
