Cals Fat Carbs Protein
Totals 2416 60 166 320
24 of those fat grams is from natural Peanut butter.
I am trying to lose the weight
I guess I should add I am 245 6'4 and wieghts and cardio are good

Fats are too low.
Aim for a minimum of 0.5g fat per pound LBM, especially while cutting.

There are essential amino acids, and essential fatty acids. Fill those first. Target carbs around your lifts. They're the only ones you're going to really use.
PB, egg yolks, olive oil, nuts, avocado, butter... so many choices for fats. And don't forget fish oil.

right on, thanks. I was concerned it was too much carbs and fats and too little cals.

It all comes down to "dosing" your body with sufficient nutrients and managing hunger while cutting calories. "too many" carbs or "too many" fats really isn't meaningful.
