7:00 - Cup of Danon yogurt w/ granola, cup of cottage cheese

9:30 - 10:00 - Snacking on almonds and fruit

12:00 - Turkey + swiss sandwich on wheat w/ light mayo, carrots + small amount of ranch, large serving of berries

2:30 - 3:00 - More almonds

5:00 - Scoop of whey in 2% milk, cup of cottage cheese, cup of yogurt, and possibly a banana or something

Work out

7:30 - 2 scoops of whey in 2% + Dinner: Meat + some type of carbs typically + green veggies.

Thoughts?
