I find that I'm eating more than six times a day. For instance, here's a typical day:
07:00 - Whey/Creatine Shake
08:15 - Bagel (dry)
09:15 - Natty PB on whole wheat
10:30 - Banana
12:30 - Turkey breast, Lowfat Swiss on whole wheat w/ Ruffles Light (no fat)
14:30 - 4 Snackwell Cookies
17:00 - Whey Shake
18:00 - Salad (lettuce, chicken breast, shredded cheddar, cucumber, ranch dressing) _ Whole wheat Roll
20:00 - Lowfat Klondike Bar
22:00 - Nitrean Shake with TBSP of Natty PB
I weigh 185lbs. I'm currently bulking. I'm trying to get about 3,000 Calories and keep my Fats at 25% or less.
