New semester is starting soon and my schedule is going to be alot different than what it is now. That being said how does my new diet look?
7 a.m. - Oatmeal or Raisin Bran, 2 scoops Nitrean
10 a.m. - 3 scoops Opticen
1 p.m. - 3 scoops Opticen, 5 oz. chicken, rice or potato (post-workout)
4 p.m. - Protein Bar
7 p.m. - 5 oz. chicken, greens or some vegetables
10 p.m. - 2 scoops Nitrean
I'd like to be eating more whole foods but due to time constraints such as class, work, and traveling, this diet will (hopefully) be convenient enough to work out for me.
