To recap my words from my usual journal; I find the scrutiny from this site to be very motivating.Having a specific goal layed out in front of everyone will ensure I stay focused or punk myself out. I will be going to vegas on 9/18 and am using that date to set myself a deadline.
My current bodyweight is 243.
I am looking to gain 10 lbs in 4 wks time. This will be a good test to see what I am capable of.
Whether it be water,fat or impacted fecal matter I want to weigh over 250 again.
Diet is going to be clean as I just can't eat a ton of carbs anymore for health reasons.
I will weigh myself in every friday evening. Budiak will be around soon to bear witness.

I am a ****ing CRIPPLE today.. My legs hurt...my back hurts...my biceps hurt


those are GOOD.
My shoulder that is absolutely debilitating...that's a BAD pain....it's worrying me..
And it is EXACTLY what you get with minimal warmups and not doing rotator work.

I swear I have gained 2 lbs already. diet has been spot on for 3 days as far as getting everything in.
I refuse to let my shoulder affect my goals.

Weighin is a few hours early but I felt great and had a fantastic workout.
I have felt and looked fuller these past few days.. Diet is dialed in as I am getting my calories in without feeling like my heart will pop or feeling otherwise ill.
I May have to take CoCoa up on his challenge.

Any idea how many calories you're taking in?

Calories can be converted into small babies, if that makes it easier.

I posted my diet in the journal earlier...
um...
If someone wants to be proactive and has time......We are going through a validation process today.

5eggs,3 eggwhites.
1cup granola in fat free milk
1 avocado
2cups 2%cocheese
3shakes=3 scoops whey ON,1scoop nlarge,1tbsp olive oil,1tbsp PB each.
2 chikin boobs
whey dextrose shake.
1 cup almonds.
Plus there is another meal that is variable.
I figure if I can get 3 shakes in anything else I eat is a bonus.

I am finally all moved in and diet is back on track thanx to the fridge showing up yesterday.
I ate till I got nauseous this am.
I need more avocados and dead animals.

Diet has been on track for 2 days now.
I had an AWESOME workout tonight. My sessions are always killer when I eat right.
You'd think I would have mastered that by now...nope.
Anyhow...I am pretty sure I have gained since last weigh-in and am looking forward to this friday's weigh-in.
My pants are getting a ittle tighter around the waist..and i don;t care.
I am going to have to get much larger pants soon as my legs don't fit in them very well anyway. I have another month at most I bet for all my current pants.
Then i will wear a shirt that says "Chubsy Wubsy" just for Holywars.

Can you fit in jeans at all? I've found those jackasses design these only for skinny little stuntas or the obese. The only pairs where my legs fit through are like 40" on the waist, lol.

Gap's jeans are good in that regard (specificlaly loose fit/easy fit.) They're cut pretty full through the legs and are about the only one's I can wear.

Update.
Had my weigh-in and am decently happy.
I weighed in at 246.5 in shorts and a beater.
Diet has been spot on for 5 days now.
However if this is going to be consistent weight gain than I am screwed goal-wise.
I will need to bump the cals a bit (lot)more in order to hit my goal.

Sorry for the lack of updates.
there weren't any because I wasn't doing anything.
I weighed in today as I didn't on friday.
248.5
I have 4.5 lbs to go.
So far I have gained 5.5 lbs. and all lifts are up.

squat=475
deads=505 :(

On to 270 and bigger lifts.

WOW. Nice work hate. The deads are nothing to frown about. Thats 103 pounds more than me, and deads are my strongest lift :swear:
