Hello,

For someone who is slowly bulking muscle and wants to stay as low fat % as possible what is better before sleeping. One Chicken Breast + efa or cottage cheese?

i always take cott cheese and whatever else's leftover be it fat, protein or carbs... am doing a slow bulk too

honestly, you won't go wrong with either. both are going to digest slowly. the cottage cheese does have some carbs (lactose), but its a minimal amount and won't have a big impact on blood sugar/insulin reaction, especially with the EFA's.

some people have problems w/ eating meats before bed, as it is tougher to digest than cott. cheese and can cause indigestion. As long as you're not having problems with it, then have either one.
