Well seems like I will be ending my bulking earlier then expected because of something I have upcoming on the 7th of April leaving me aproxametely 6 weeks! wish I had more time forthis arg! well here is my diet

I am pretty much using a 40/40/20 protein/fat/carb
That is about 240 g protein
120 carb
106 fat

Will try that for awhile and see how fat loss goes

am now about 5'11 183 lpbs bodyfat will be posted tomorrow a soon as I take it in the morning. Will also take pics every week to track progress and get some feedback on

1/2 cup oats in water
8 Egg whites
1 tbsp flax

1/2 cup brown rice
4 oz chicken
2 whole eggs

1/2 cup brown rice
4 oz chicken
2 whole eggs

1/2 cup brown rice
1 can Tuna
2 tbsp pb

1/4 cup brown rice
4 oz steak

salad with 5 oz salmon

Daily it changes not by much though like steak instead of tuna or chicken and oats instead of rice. Everything is non processed whole foods

I am supplementing with vitamin c and a multi
I am ordering glutamine and will start that when I receive also will be using clen for a period of time to see how it goes.

Forgot to add 1 tbsp pb to meal 5 and the calories I am working around is 2400.

How much and what salad do you eat? I suspect you lack calcium, potassium and some essential vitamins/minerals in your diet. I highly recommend not relying on your multi-vitamin tablet. Better throw it away - that way you would be more careful about how to get what you are missing in your diet.

There is no dairy or fruits in your diet. Make sure you cover that up from real food - not multi supplement.

I am staying away from dairy and fruits while cutting up.

Thats what I am asking.

How do you get the calcium and potassium from your diet? What about other vitamins/minerals that you might be missing due to lack of fruits/dairy?

How many servings of vegetables are you taking?

It looks good to me. I would rather see you move some of those carbs to earlier meals and have the meal before your salmon be with just vegatable carbs.

Stick to your guns about no diary or fruit, while trying to lean out for this event.

At some point you have to put prioritys in place and say if I have to get some of my vital nutrients from a supplements in order to achieve a goal, then that is what I have to do......

Best of course is whole food including fruits and dairy, however that does not always allow the body to make changes that you want or need them to do. so you must fill in.

I also question the validity of the quality of fruits and vegatables that are presented to us. If you have read anything about soil depletion, the harvesting of the food and the shipments it would make you wonder just what is really left for nutrient value in those foods.

Sure if you can grow your own, that is awesome... however........ lets toss some reality in here.....

Don't get your shorts in a ball Gary, it is just my opinion for what ever it is worth.......

Moral- Take your vitamins, eat your food. and use options when needed.
