Hey I was just checking out this health site and came across a couple things that I'm not sure have been listed here in the past. (yeah new stuff! :) ) Anyway, I came across a product that was invented in Canada called Calorad. I'll list a quick description of what it is intended to do and perhaps others with more knowledge can support or refute some of the claims it is making. I'm sure it's no miracle but just wondering if it's legit. I think they say take it before bed and try to only have water for the last few hours before bed.

Also, I've read a bit on Co-enzyme Q-10 and how it may be able to aid in weight loss for obese people. According to this site obese people have a deficiency in thise co-enzyme and supplementing it can lead to increased metabolic efficiency which will lead to weight loss. I'll post the site below and you guys can put yer brains to that one as well...

Calorad (what they say):

Calorad is a dietary supplement that supplies the exact amino acids for collagen formation in the body. Taken correctly, these amino acids are absorbed through the stomach while the body is in its rebuilding/ detox phase and used directly for essential tissue formation in muscles, skin, and joints. While supplying the body with daily dosages, the benefits are seen slowly and become more dramatic as time passes. It can take as long as 6 months to 1 year to begin to see the benefits. Those who can benefit include: individuals trying to lose weight, athletes, those with joint or skin problems.

Oh this place also had an interesting little recipe...

Almond Milk: 1 cup raw organic almonds, 1 cup filtered (solid carbon block) or quality spring water, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. raw honey (or to taste); Blend all together in mixer (osterizer) until smooth. Add more water to achieve desired consistency. That's it! (another option: add a bit of shredded coconut with the almonds)

A long, long, long time ago when I was kinda naive about weight training/nutrition/supplementation etc., I did indeed try the Calorad stuff. I bought 2 botttles for only $32 because I knew a guy who was selling the stuff. You have to take it with water and make sure your stomach is empty. I must say it's not a B.S. product. I did lose some bodyfat, but there wasn't much of a significant loss. The pro is, YES you do lose fat. The con is you have it take it for months and months to see and feel a difference.
