hey guys.. well im back from being in hell for 2 strait weeks. it sucked but oh well it was fun at the same time, hiked on average 8 miles a day with a 65 pound pack on usually 70% uphill. I think I sculpted my calves alot and i lost a couple pounds... probably made my quads stronger too. I maxed before I went and i got 225 squat, 185 bench, and 160 powerclean, I dont know what is wrong with me... I increased on PC but declined on everything else... whats wrong with me? Maybe it was because I detassled for 2 weeks (but it was on a machine, shudnt make me THAT tired) oh well... ima re-max this week sometime...

Yeah, same thing happened with me, except I didn't go to Mexico, it was only 10 days, I don't powerclean, and my lifts didn't decrease...or they did...but it was good mornings.

My question is why were you testing your PR after just two weeks? I thought people did it like every other month.

I was supposed to max during the time i was in NM for football camp but i was gone, so I tested before camp and now im going to test after camp, to see maybe wich is better?

Gotcha. Try not to max out too often though. Let this be a rariety.

yes im quite aware of that, thank you. this is just a one time thing because im in a weird situation.
