what is the maximum macronutritients level you would eat before this level becomes detremental to your gains/health.
How much do you considerd to much to be good for your health/fat level etc
for me
kcals - 5,000 kcals
protein - 300 grams - carbs a better fuel
carbs - 900 grams - i will start to get fat
sugar - not sure
complex - not sure
fat - 200 grams - carbs a better source of energy.
alcohol - what ever the alcohol level is in about 12 pints(though once a week)
the protien,carbs and fat do not have to add up to your kcal total.
as to eat my three maximums would require a lot of eating. plus i do not have time to eat that much with out being bloated.
