Since I wasn't sure if the measurement was the same as last time on these, I decided to take a measurement 10" from the tip of my knee so I'll be able to compare result better next time around:

similar, actually almost identical to my stats. except I weigh less .

I'd say you have a pretty good chest, no back shots?

Btw it's kind of confusing when you have the stats for the 'right' limb on the left side. I dont wanna be a dick about it, but its just weird to me. That's really good progress nonetheless.

The second pic has back shots. Thanks for the props.

nice increase..you might wanna slow it down a bit if you are trying to stay lean. If not well nevermind then. The gains are really noticeable in the back shots. Great job

Nice work, but it's a little hard to see the pictures because of the lighting and angles. Maybe you could ask a buddy next time. Just a thought. But, you're a beast.

Thanks Kiaran! During the last couple months before the last pic I was doing a ton of pullups(2 different types) every 5 days for Advanced German Volume Training. That's when my lats finally started to grow.

Thanks getfit and fix! My lats have always lagged IMO, but they're starting to pick up now I think. We'll have to see what they look like around January and Febuary when I'm 200lbs :D

Your nipples look a little puffy in those pictures...small case of gyno in your past?

Unfortunately I've had it since I was 12. I thought it would go away when I got around 18 years old, but I guess its staying lol. I want to have it surgically removed sometime, but its really expensive so no telling how long it'll be till that happens.

Lookin' good man, definitely see the progress. Nice McGyver action w/ the Lava can there! ;) Pfft, I don't have tiny nips either, good game genetics. Keep up the good work, six pack soon? :)

Thanks! Definately innovative technology...

I don't really see a non-alcoholic six pack in my future soon... I decided to bulk again and I won't stop till I get up around 200lbs.

Nice! I like that. From that last pic, might want to drop your butt and stick out your chest a little more...

If you find any of my GI Joe's in that sandbox, I want them back!

Yea I'm still working on form with these as my back tends to curve a bit when my arms are stretch around like that. The sandbag makes deadlifting a completely different exercise, I guess I gotta 'grease the groove'.

No GI Joes that I've seen, I guess Luke ate em all heh
