Well, you may need to drop it if you have hit a plateau. I would drop it by 200 calories or so and see what that does...keep doing so until you're losing at a pace you're comfortable with. Judging by all the cardio that you do, you shouldn't need to drop it all that much.
Also, what are you doing during your lifting sessions that it takes you a couple hours 5-6 days out of the week?
