Here I am a few days ago.
6ft tall, 155 lbs, 21 years old. No idea what % bf.
Time to bulk? Keep cutting? Your opinions count!

Have you done a huge cut looks like some strectch marks on the shoulders, and a little loose skin on the abs?

You lost a lot of weight. Start bulking and fill in that loose skin with muscle mass. Depending on how long you were cutting some of that skin should shrink up with time as well.

I used to be 280 lbs a few years ago. Lost about 100lbs and stopped losing for a year. Since then I dropped from 185 to 155 (today I'm down to 152). I've kept most of my strength, only having lost about 10 lbs on my bench, and 20 on my squat.
In some poses/times of day I can really see my top 4 abs. Sometimes barely at all. I made a few posts in the past about loose skin, with the promise to post pics, but I never felt comfortable posting a picture of myself (still don't).
6' and 155. Looks to me like you probably have no legs. So get to work on them, and start eating!

BULK (something I'm just starting and after 2 years a dieting I'm loving it!!!)
I would eat healthy and to gain muscle. Not the traditional micky d bulk.

I am echoing with the crowd!!
Bulk correctly and hit those weights hard, you will fill out nicely in 6 mos. IMHO.
You're young...the skin will tighten on up where it needs to be, and bulking won't do anything but help that along.

I officially started my bulk on Monday, August 22nd. Eating about 3000 calories a day now. Gained a bit of water weight (and food weight), but other than that I don't seem to have put on any weight in 5 days.
