Oatmeal and low fat organic yoghurt or low fat/low sodium cottage cheese.

LOL, is that all you ever eat Tryska?? Every post you put on here about what somebody recommends for a meal, you say "cottage cheese and flax" Breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, late night snack. j/k.. but I eat cottage cheese everyday for a snack, sometimes twice a day, but I really think I'm starting to get tired of it faster than tuna.

it's what i eat for breakfast every morning, but it also makes an excellent pre-bedtime meal too.

Oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, rice, sweet tatties, turkey, tuna depending on the day and depending on what I feel like

For convenience purposes I have a shake with 1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups milk and a few scoops of whey every morning, when bulking. The other day I actually threw up (a tiny bit) because the oatmeal got too thick at the bottom. But i still like it because its fast.:D

if bulking normally eggs on a toasted bagel (melted cheddar cheese optional) dipped in a lil bit of ketchup .. mmmm..
ok back to my cutting diet. :mad:
