Meal1-
1 bowl 3/4 cup Oatmeal with 1 banana mixed in
1 protein shake(isopure vanilla in water BLAHHHH)
Meal2 -
1 piece Broiled fish (don't remeber the name scod or scrod sounds right)
1 baked sweet potato
8 oz glass of 2% milk
Meal 3-
1 Can of tuna
2 slices whole wheat
1 protein shake (isopure vanilla in water BLAH)

Meal 4 -
3 scrambled eggs
8oz glass of milk
2 apples
Meal 5
1 protein shake
1 small salad with grilled chicken and lite ceasar dressing
Consumed 1 gallon of water already...almost to 2 now :nod:
