would it be advisable to write that level of vitamin B3 should be in the form of nictotamide rather than most people reading it will assume you mean straight niacin. We do not want lots of little red faced people in here.

This has probably been discussed before. Im gonna try and get rid off my acne by taking, 2-5g of B5, is this safe? I have 200mg tabs, that means I have to take 10-25 of those :( The bottle says to take 1-2, during the summer you can take more if you need. :)
