They're great! Taste pretty damn good, and there is no cooking involved. Here is the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
* 5 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
* 1 cup oatmeal
* 6 scoops whey protein
* 2 tablespoons flax seeds (optional)
* 1 cup non-fat dry milk
* 1 cup water
* Splenda
PREPARATION:
Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix - the mixture will be crumbly and dry. Add 1/2 cup of water first, mix, then add more if you need it. Mix it all and eventually a dough will form. The dough will be sticky. Spread dough into pan using a clean wooden spoon or spatula that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle as much Splenda as you want on top (I used 4 packets). Refrigerate a few hours (or freeze for an hour) and cut into 9 squares. Wrap bars individually (use sandwich bags or plastic wrap) or store in the pan. KEEP REFRIGERATED.
