155lbs 5'7

trying to go down to 150lbs or less

8:00
oats/4 Egg Whites
Protein Drink w/ Non Fat Milk.

10:00
1 cup Go Lean Crunch Cerial w/ non fat Milk

1:00
Tuna in the Can(1 can) WITH brow rice and one cup veggies, tablespoon olive oil

3:00
Smucker's Nautural Penut Butter

5:00
Smuckers Nautural Penut Butter(2 tbsp)

7:00
6oz of steak with salad and one cup veggies and one tablespoon of olive oil
MY DINNER IS ALWAYS ROTATED BETWEEN CHICKEN/FISH

Before bed
Cottage cheese

Monday to Thursday i do moderate cardio for 40 min on Ellyptical machine and friday i do HIIT for 20 on stat bike


I lift 3 times a week

Try this

Breakfast - 50 gram protein shake

Lunch - another 50 grams of protein from chicken or lean beef. Some fiber from veggies, no fruit

Dinner - Same as lunch

Evening snack - another protein shake.

No need to do any cardio. Lift weights to help preserve muscle.

You may not like it, but it works.

i hear alot of ppl say that it's better to replace protein shakes with real food as much as possible

and in this diet, i do not see any EFA, shouldn't i add some olive oil or flax oil to it?

True. Not that either is more effective, but eating real food will obviously make you feel more full, longer, than a shake will. I don't have the time to make multiple meals each day so I use shakes.

Sure. I take 6 fish oil caps per day. Also a multi-vit, potassium, calcium, magnesium.

I'm losing 3lbs per week. Of course some is muscle, but that's a trade off I'm willing to make in order to get rid of the gut. I plan to start bulking Nov 1. I should be around 150-155 by then.
