Been a couple of months, and besides, I now know how to use a digital camera. If you read my journal, there's nothing really new here. I can't pose for **** on a crab. Going back to school in a week; made minimal size gains, decent strength gains, and some good definition gains. Probably won't see pictures again until this Fall/Winter, so hopefully there will be some new me to show.

Looking very good MM, leaness is awsome. Abs look superb in the side tri shot.

What do you base your back workouts on? got some nice width and thickness going on :)

MM
08-25-2005, 01:25 PM
Thanks Man.

Back workouts are centered around heavy rows of various sorts, heavy pulldowns, and pullups. Personally I think it's a weak point, but it's improved over the Summer.

I'm not used to seeing your pics without a big flash obscuring the view! lol

All kidding aside, you are the gradnmaster of lean. Good definition, good proportion, good triceps..

oh and nice teardrop on the quads!

Thanks Elwood! I've been working hard to get that teardrop. Now I want to widen the quad.

Grim -- Thanks man, I will.

Sidior -- Thanks. Height is a shade off 6'3", weight is 193. Typically people think I look like more than 193, which I think is partially explained by a weight imbalance in my thighs/calves due to an old auto accident.

One new one. I'll put it in ye old journal, too. Hit a 380lb dead pretty smoothly today. I'm essentially posting this to prove to Nash that I do sometimes squat.

Haha, damn. You know, I'm not actually grabbing balls as much as I'm holding clumped up boxers up. It looks bad, though.

So I'll leave it. :D

Thanks baby.

Thanks folks. I've endured hundreds of hours worth of leg DOMs for those comments.

Legs look f*cking incredible. Good arms too. Chest needs improvement though, try db presses if you haven't already, they've helped my chest a great deal.

MM
12-22-2005, 07:16 PM
Thanks man. Yeah, no doubt, arms have always been good and chest has always sucked. I've made good progress on it, but it's a slow journey. I've done DBs extensively, though I've been focusing on BB for the past couple of months.

holy crap dude, nice low bf. you have good muscle mass for that low of bodyfat too, most people either have only muscle mass or only low bf, you have a nice balance. keep it up, if you do a clean bulk you'd look incredible.

Looking good MM. Are you cutting right now? That ab definition is great. How did you achieve that? Anything in particular that worked well?

Quads look great as well.

Quads look great as well.

I've been hammered on WBB before for saying this, but raised-leg weightless crunches were all I used to do for abs, and that's what the product was. I now do weighted crunches every now and then, but I don't put much emphasis on abs any more. I'm semi-bulking right now; trying to eat as much as I can, which seems to rarely be enough. Still, I've added 5-8 pounds in the past few months, with little fat gain.
