Anyone ever have these? I just had a couple for lunch. According to the package, it has much less fat than beef and more protein. With the marinade I used they were very tasty off the George Foreman.

No, heard they were good though. That and deer meat. Very lean cuts, great taste.

Heard Ostrich is good also.

My last encounter with Buffalo must have been bad because when I cooked it, it reminded me of the time I smelled a dead body before.

Friend had a buffalo burger at Ruby Tuesdays yesterday. Said it was good.
I've had ostrich and buffalo burgers before, and both are top notch. Very tender beef is the best way to decribe it.

I paid $5.50 for two ~6oz steaks. That was prepackaged stuff at the grocery store. I'm sure you could find it cheaper in a butcher shop somewhere.

I think next week, I'm gonne try the ground buffalo--maybe make some meatballs or burgers...
