ECA vs. Hydroxycut

Is it better to get a true ECA stack, or something like hydroxycut that contains that mAu HUang for fat burning? Thanks.:confused:

mAu HUang is basically the same as ephedrine

Well it is but it isn't. When I take a true ECA with ephdrine HCI I feel energized. When I take the herbal equivelant, it dries out my skin and nasal passages and upsets my stomach a bit.

I find that the herbal equivalents of the eph/caff do not work nearly as well as the real stuff. I also find Hydroxycut in particular to be quite weak.
