Ripped that's for sure. Right arm looks quite a bit larger than the left. Overall though you are in excellent shape.

His bodyfat is probably sub 5%. He looks like he's prepping for a contest. That's just about as low as I've ever seen posted here.

I don't see any noticeable difference in arm size. I think it just looks funny because he's off-balance in his double-bi poses.

Lots of vascularity and striations, especially in your upper body. Not so much in your legs but it's hard to tell from the photos. Very impressive abs as well.

Ripped as hell. Looks like there's a leg imbalance? Left looks smaller in a couple of pictures. What's your height/weight? Overall, looking really lean.

I don't know what it is never bothered to get it tested. Though this is probably the end my cut today. I'm 5'11" 165 pounds or so. Pretty light but I like being smaller kinda.

Yea it was crazy.A couple times this week while I was cooking in my apartment I whould get warm from cooking and stuff, It seemed like every surface vein was exposed, it looked insane.

No offense, but I don't believe that. I'm sure you squat, but your legs look tiny. I couldn't imagine you squatting an substantial weight, and your hammies are almost non-existent. But your uppoer body does look real lean. Just my .02

I really don't care what you believe, I know what I can do. My leg workout is very demanding. I have no reason to lie to someone I don't even know. My legs have allways been lean but strong. Just because someone has big fat legs doesn't make there legs any stronger and vice versa.

I know I was just offended that he was implicating i was trying to be deceiving or making something up. My legs are smaller, it's probably just genetics or something. I do squats, lunges, step-ups, dead lifts, extensions, curls, seated and standing toe raises, hip flexors, every week. I also use jump soles once a week for lower leg strength. I can squat nearly 300 pound ten times, and weigh 165 pounds I don't know if thats good or not?

you look to be in great shape, and once you fill out you will be a force to be reckoned with. 300 for 10 reps at your weight is ok, it just depends if you are talking about parallel squats or atf squats. Props to you on improving your muscle mass, big difference from the pic with your hat backwards. You have a great fitness look, if that is what you are striving for. Good luck

Of course they are full squats or I whouldn't count them is squats. I can do alot more then 300 doing partial squats.

Lol, in the first picture of you flexing, there is a guy in the mirror doing the same pose... is that a friend of yours or is he mocking you? =p

Looking ripped. I would bulk if I was you, but the choice is yours, you seem to do well with cutting so I don't think losing the weight would be hard to do, so maybe try and throw 20-50lbs on.

Congrats on the success so far, and don't get so defensive to other people's opinions, you posted here, expect feedback, good and bad. =]

You need to hit the calves twice as hard. They are lagging way behind everything else. Real nice and lean though.

:withstupi As for the legs, yes the hammies need work, but I do believe you that you squat. Just look at that second to last pic... you don't get quads like that from leg extensions :p
