1 Cup Oats
1 Scoop Whey
1 Cup 1% Milk
520 Calories 38g Protein

Post Workout
2 Large Bananas
2 Scoops Whey
2 Cups 1% Milk
676 Calories 62g Protein

Dinner
Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup of Brown Rice
525 Calories 58.5g Protein

Pre Sleep
1/2 Cup Walnuts
420 Calories 10g Protein

Totals:
3182 Calories 260g Protein

Well 274g Protein its a lot, sure you need it all. I think Ronnie shouldn't go that far...

If i 'm not mistaken, cause i usually work it out in kilos, you should use this formula to get the amont of daily protein intake.


Protein = Body weight * 0.68 g

depending on how much you weigh you need to have between 1g and 2g per pound of bodyweight. i dont think your having to much and even if you are better to have to much than to little. carbs and fat are just as important by the way so dont forget to add those up as well aim for atleast 0.5g of good fats per pound of body weight or lean body weight.

but diet looks good

Looks good - plenty of protein, and you've got what appears to be plenty of healthy fats in there too.

Maybe the odd green vegetable and some more fruit, yanno, to ward off scurvy ...
