Ok im thinking about ordering this protein which contains 58grams per serving ! That seems like a hell of alot aswell. Ive been having trouble making a good diet lately, im wondering would it be a good idea if i took like three shakes of that stuff aday, and ate healthy food with protein (still lots) but healthier food because i think ive been putting on two much weight. Ive heard lots of bodybuilders main source of protein is through shakes, then they eat healthier then but still alot..... What you guys think ?

There's also only 30 servings per container. So at almost $60, that's $2 per serving.
= rip off

Read the label. 3 Scoops per serving, 590 cals. Its a weight gainer shake. If you want to gain weight, and can't eat real food, then its still overpriced.
Read what a body builder eats and eat enough of that food to gain weight with 1-2g protein/lb.
And listing your bench and curl in your sig screams immature curl jockey that doesn't know much to me. Thats just what I see.

If you think youve been putting on too much weight...idk why in gods name you would want to consume three gainer shakes +meals...unless you really have a high requirement for calories. If your looking just for some extra protein to your diet...get a protein shake, not a gainer shake.

and I wouldn't do more than 2 shakes a day. the body does much better on whole foods.
however, those new to bulking may benefit from an MRP 2 tmes a day, plus the post workout shake, until they are able to eat the larger whole-food meals. then I'd limit MRP or weight gainer shakes to just 1 a day.

Give AtLarge's product Opticen a try. It contains 52g of the highest quality of protein on the market per every 90g serving. There are 323 calories per serving. If you want a high calorie, high protein shake you can mix 1 serving in 2 cups of milk and have a 623 calorie shake with a whopping 68g of protein!
It also mixes and tastes as good or better than anything on the market.

Hahahaha.
Two shakes or more a day is fine, and also eat whole foods. I had four-five shakes today.

LOL. People grossly overstate the importance of solid foods.

Not really been putting on to much weight just it worrys me because i havent got a proper diet and i dont want to get overweight if you know what i mean. I eat know where near 185grams of protein each day but i still eat alot of food, so i need to get a good supplement with lots of protein like the 1 i was talking about. Btw -
Serving Size: 4 Rounded Scoops (152g)
Servings Per Container: 30
Does that mean having 152grams each day, and will last me 30days ?

That means that there is a total of roughly 45,000 grams in the container; it could last you a day if you used all 45k grams in a day, or a year if that's how long it took you. If you use 152grams once a day then it will last you 30 days.

K thanks MM. Ive been looking at Opticen aswell on at large nutrition. Seems pretty good 52g protein. I think it's slightly cheaper aswell if i buy two tubs so im considering buying 2tubs instead from atlarge. Plus ive heard its good from people who own that site who moderate on here (obviously mind lol)

Foods food. Assuming you get enough of all the nutrients you need I doubt anybody around here could ever tell a difference in gains from "real food" to supps.

That's 152g of the powder, not protein that's in the powder. Hence: "Serving Size". And if you take "4 rounded scoops" in 1 serving, you will be able to do that 30 times before you run out. If you do that twice a day, it will last you 15 days. If you do that 3 times a day, it will last you 10 days.
(Now don't we all wish we paid more attention to those word problems in math when we were younger? "Oh, I'll never use this stuff when I'm grown up!")
And for 60 bucks, you can get 4 trays of chicken breasts at Costco. That would be around 60 chicken breasts--much better than a weight gainer (especially if you don't want to put on weight).
What do they teach people in school these days besides "everybody's special in their own way"?

Why in God's name would you want that?

I'm thinking 100 gms of protein per day would be all you'd want to supplement. Eat child, eat. If you could do an Opticen shake in the AM with breakfast, then another before bed/after workout with meals interspersed throughout you'll be just fine.

BG5150 - It's not really that i want to it's just i find it extremly hard to eat 188grams of protein a day from food.
djreef - Seems fair enough, could easily eat 88grams of protein from food aday i guess, i'l give it a try.
