On a cut, how much cardio do you all do on non-lift days?

How much on lift days?

i'm maintaining right now so what i usually do is 10 mins after lifting

and i also have a cardio day ONLY!

which is my bodypump class of i'll do 30 mins or whatever i feel like! usually stairmaster-incline walking on treadmill

I'm mixing it up. When I was fat I would do 45 minutes a day, after lifting, and 55-60 on non lift days. Now that I'm a bit leaner, I find that even if I wanted too, I couldn't do the same level of cardio as before. Now I limit myself to 25 minutes or so after lifting if my legs aren't in shock from squatting.

once a week harv! but don't forget i blade alot so that counts for me as well :)

oh and my class is 45 mins long and intense!

Actually I have tried it. It was fun but now I'm back from Japan, so I don't have a chance to do it.
