A friend of mine has an un-opened tub of GNC creatine, that expired April 2000.

I have read before about people asking about expirired supps. What do you all think? Any good?

If he takes it, his stomache will burn through, his hair will go green, he'll loose all use of muscles, his brain will no longer function - he will forget to breathe and will die. Other than that it's fine...

If it smells or tastes something... throw it away, it probably has hit some humidity. ( make sure that its not the container that smells :P )
If there seems to be nothing wrong with it... go ahead.

For God's sake don't use it!!!

The stuff must be highly toxic by now, send it on to me bro and I'll dispose of it safely for you!

For anything else I'd say its fine, but for creatine, I'd check it out. Creatine does have a shelf life, I'm not sure how long it is, but it can spoil, its not as stable as the liquid creatines out there which people here seem to not like... Spoiled creatine probably wont hurt you, but it sure wont help you get bigger.
Just cuz its a year overdue doesnt mean it's "bad" either, I mean I'm still working on a gallon of milk I bought last year!

Hey Budiak do you work for "Muscle Marketing Usa"? The serum is crap and it's been clinically proven to be so.

I would also be interested to read the source of your other point about creatine spoiling.

I'm all ears bro...

I havent read any studies about the serum, but hey, if you guys have the knowledge, well then hey i'm just misinformed. Even if the serum is crap, does that mean that creatine cant spoil? I'd still check it out.
