I turn 17 soon, I wanna look like BCC (someone I don't know that posts in this forum)...some day I hopefully will lol, except 40-60 pounds smaller.

Your chest/delts look like strong points and you're lean. I'd say you're off to a great start. When i was 16 i weighed 120, so i wouldn't worry too much. Just keep on lifting and eating. And as every one will tell you, don't forget to train your legs!

Yes, thats why I didn't post them lol. There was no definition in them whatsoever, even with the lighting I used. It was my first time doing squats last week.

Dude.. why black everything out... are you posting from a prison or secret govt installation or something. Posting you pics is NOTHING to be ashamed of... I'm starting to wonder if most of the people around here actually have faces.. or do they run around with a black piece of paper taped to their foreheads?

btw.. you have a good foundation.. proper bulk and cut cycles with a good hypertrophic program will brick you up nicely.

you look extremely good for your height and weight..about what I used to look like when I was younger. You have a light bone structure so don't worry about packing on the weight, you will always be a little light but look big for your weight. You have really good genetics.

yeah dude, i agree with everybody else. For your height and weight you look good, crap load of potential. When i was 17 i weighted at about 100 pounds soaking wet, so your doing great.

Ill try to post some leg pics, but honestly my legs are girlish. It'll be hard to take a pic of my own legs, taking a pic from the mirror makes the pic look dark. I can't get the camera to get that '10 second countdown' to take a pic.

No way man, no way I'm going to pose infront of a family member half naked. It just..... uuuh doesn't feel right, it would be an uncomfortable feeling.

I honestly would probably easily gain 5-10 lbs. of weight just from my legs if I give myself another few months.

Wow like others have already said, you have a great upper body potential. Man and your chest is pretty defined and it's in pretty damn good proportion. I'm kind of in the same position because I'm 5'9'' @ 140 but you're leaner than I am. man seriously BCC is freakin ripped to the core but I honestly think that with proper training you can get there.

I don't know WHAT you're whining about - you look GREAT - nicely proportioned and really well defined. Excellent shape all around, and nice tiny waist and joints. You're just going to look better and better as you continue to eat and train hard.

I saw your username and thought I'd be opening up pix of some guy with Topher Grace's body or something.

I'm happy to have been so, um, disappointed!

Ok, I was thinking the exact same thing as built.

I'm 5'7" myself and I weigh 146lbs (started 2 years ago at <120). Honestly, your upper body looks bigger and better than mine right now. Your chest looks great, esspecially in the relaxed shot. Keep eating, you'll look unreal with another 40lbs.

a ripped body has nothing to do with being a boxer theres tons of people who have ripped body's but have terrible cardio n couldnt go toe to toe for more than 20 seconds. the assumption of someone who is big n strong can fight is ridiculous

yeah it would be helpful cause ppl would be like "oh hes big better not mess with him" but the assumption of having a nice body thinking they'd be a good boxer is just plain dumb...

i'm gonna have to agree. The only problem wth being big is that more than one person will take you one because their assume that your big and can handle more.

Hmmm, myself being sad has nothing to do with my physique, I'll keep the reason to myself. :)

current PR's:

BP: 180 lbs. 1rm
DL: Maybe 270-280 lbs. 1rm ?
Squat: 200 lbs. 1rm

Damn I am so weak. BTW I actually did had some interest in boxing, heh. Also I don't think I can gain 10 lbs. in a few months like I said on the first page.. lol. Actually I just can't damn eat a lot. If I'm breaking PR's, then it would be inevitable that I would gain some body weight as I get stronger. Right ?? (hopefully right)

Sorry, I meant that he looked like a boxer. Search some boxers up at his weight, if he was a little more ripped he'd look close. Some guys in my boxing gym have dam near exact same build.

obviously youre not eating enough owensy. obviously. i'm not the most knowledgeable guy on the forum here, but I'd almost go as far to say that the #1 reason people never/dont see strength or size results is because not enough calories are consumed... i mean.. cmon, if youre losing weight at 120lbs, there is obviously 1 problem

Hey dude, if you're carrying only 130 pounds, you've got an excellent physique already!!! Obviously you want to get bigger, but from what I can see you have a very muscular chest, good proportion and shape, arms look very good too! I don't see honestly what your problem is. Keep eating clean and lifting. You're going to grow, and a lot! Proportion is everything, and you already look very impressive, even for a "skinny" guy as you put it!!! Good luck.

Your lats are HUGE and your arms are thick too. You REALLY don't look 130.. more like 150.

Could be, but even if it was 10 lbs. off, I'd still be 140, or even 120 lbs. My friend weighed himself on my scale too, it seemed normal. I'd be really happy if I found out my scale was broken though, heh.

....I think I gained 2 lbs. lol.
