bloating in face

Is the bloatedness in my face because of the creatine i've been taking (for about 4 months now) and i also started bulking while taking it, is my face bloated from the creatine or the more food? also how long does it take to go away once i'm off creatine?

um i never heard of bloating in face maybe it b/c your gaining weight and it shows alot in your face?

i believe it's most likely from your bulk! haven't heard of bloatness in the face from creatine!

Thats odd, cuz one of my buds today told me he saw a guy whos face was bloated, and the guy was only taking creatine. I told him i've never heard of anyones face bloating from creatine, only AAS.

Oh you can absolutely bloat. It makes you hold tons of water.

My a** finally blew-up (which was cool), but my face did too, which is waaay different from other times when I've put on fair amounts of fat.

In hindsight, and considering everything I've read here, I was probably simply using too much of it. The brand I used recommended 4 servings a day for the first 2 weeks or something like that, followed with daily use after that.

From what I've read on here, very few of the veterans here use it like that.

I'd back-off of it for 10 days, then try altering your doseage.
