I eat six average size meals a day and yet i still feel as though i am starving...anything anyone can think of for why this is? how can i fix this?

Ha, you're the exact opposite of dualman up there. Yup, I noticed the more often you eat the more hungry you get. Maybe you can cut a meal out and see if that helps. Or just drink lots of water and don't think about food. ;)

It don't matter how many meals a day I eat, I stay hungry... I just have to keep a mental picture in my mind of what I want to look like and just hope thats enough to keep me from putting more food in my mouth. Just try keeping busy, it helps take the food off your mind.

You try an ECA stack at all? They have helped to surpress(sp) my appetite.

Now I'm jealous. I want to be hungry all the time... so I WILL eat more. I don't eat enough.

my diet is pretty much this everyday(its purpose is a clean bulk):
1 bowl 3/4 cup Oatmeal with 1 banana mixed in
1 protein shake(isopure vanilla in water BLAHHHH)
Omege 3-6-9 supps
1 piece fish
1 baked sweet potato
8 oz glass of 2% milk
1 Can of tuna
2 slices whole wheat
1 protein shake (isopure vanilla in water BLAH)
Meal 4 -
3 scrambled eggs
8oz glass of 2% milk
1 protein shake
1 small salad with grilled chicken and lite ceasar dressing
2 spoonfuls Natty peanut butter
2 slices whole wheat bread

Meal 1 - 55g/27g/8g
Meal 2 - ?/?/? -(couldn't find the nutritional value of fish or sweet potato sooo i left is uncalculated.)
Meal 3 - 65g/17g/2.5g
Meal 4 - 29g/12g/10g
Meal 5 - 59g/?/ 9g -(salad had some messed up nutritional values on it so only things i have are the protein shake and dressing)
Meal 6 - 11g/17g/9.5g

I found this to be useful as I have the same problem... here's how I work. Any sweet thing or fatty thing that I eat... it takes JUST one... will trigger a response for me to eat MORE and MORE and MORE... I am suprised I am not fatter than I am. I think the easiest way is just eat clean ALL the time. That's the only way for me. Once I FINALLY start bulking again I will STILL eat clean, otherwise I KNOW I will put on too much fat. After about a week and a half of eating completely clean I'm no longer hungry. Also... and I don't give a f*ck what anyone says... I find MILK (dry or skim) and oatmeal to be two foods that significantly decrease my appetite. Why, I don't know. So anytime I am cutting I ALWAYS drink more milk - I use it as a staple in my diet. Milk with egg white protein from proteinfactory.com, a little bit of unsweetened cocoa, and a few packets of Splenda, mmmmm, best protein shake you've ever tasted. I've never had trouble losing fat w/ a calorie deficit anyway, so I think it would be better to consume the lactose in milk (assuming you don't have an adverse reaction to lactose) than to consume my entire refridgerator... wouldn't you agree?

I'm assuming your cutting.. I believe the reason for your hunger is the amount of carbs in each meal. Its just enough to keep insulin levels raised constantly throughout the day. Carbs and insulin is horrible for satiety levels. I bet you'd find if you lowered you carbs some, upped the fat, and kept calories where they are, you'd feel more full.

Reduce sodium intake too,not only carb intake.
