Hmmm...that sounds like a situation either A) a shrink or B) a doctor. Im not sure if these supplements could work but i ran a search for you

I suppose you could give these supplements a whirl, or maybe try some self meditation/relaxation to see if it helps relieve.

I would go see a doctor. And maybe a psychiatrist. (Don't see a psychologist, because he or she can't get you the good drugs--lol.)
It could be agoraphobia rearing its head.
Talk to your doc. There are a ton of medications out there to help control anxiety.

I thought agoraphobia was just the fear of being outside, not the fear of being around people.

Supposedly glutamine is a mild cortisol blocker. I doubt it would have a noticeable effect, but you could try it anyway if you're desperate. It is cheap.
Alcohol is pretty effective for anxiety. I'm sure that's how many a drinking problem has begun.

Blocking cortisol won't cure anxiety attacks.

An "agora" is a marketplace in Greek. "Phobia" we all know.

do you know what's causing the anxiety? has this problem with people always been there or now only? if it's pretty bad you probably need to see a doctor.. be careful of the medication prescribed.

As I understand it, anxiety is related to depression.
Fish oil <oh GOD there she goes again about the bloody fish oil will she never STOP!!!> is very good for brain function/chemicals etc.
Won't hurt - it's good for other stuff anyway, and cheap. I take 10g daily.

If alcohol is a crutch, then Jim Beam is the wheelchair!
(I actually stole that from Robin Williams, and he used Jack Daniels)

That's also partially dependant on the quality of the herb... When I smoke really high quality **** I get little to no crashing which means, less depression.
