Really happy with the maxes. I think that sits me near 300 for regular. Anyways, I was getting so damn pooped after even 1 set of squats that I decided to take it lighter this session and try a max. I've been going HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY on legs for the past 6 weeks I believe, so I guess I needed a break anyway. I was drowned in sweat after doing the leg press, and then it took me 1 minute to catch my breathe atfer the lunges. I was dam surprised how intense my "light" session turned out to be. Leg curls we're such a ****ing burn. Thursday I'm doing some calves and cardio.

Excellent work, bitch. Your dimensions are getting dangerously close to mine. 14" arms is ace. That's about 3.5" this year? Your chest and leg sizes are mirroring mine too. Don't even think about stopping yet. You've tons of growing to do, son.

Terror at the grocery store
Today I did a full grocery shopping at the Sobey's near my house, where I usually don't go due to overpriced products with limited selection. However today my mom couldn't drive too far out. What a terrible place this is.
This first comes evident when I go to choose my bananas. Now I usually buy 1 pair yellow/brown, then 2-3 pairs still green (too last me a week). However as I walk over to the banana stand all I find are really squishy, brown disgusting bananas. What type of absolute moron would actually even consider purchasing these is beyong me. So I rip open the boxes under the stand and find some decent one's, and put them in my trolly.
Next we have Mr. "I'm an inconsiderate assjockey and deserve to be thrown off a cliff". The ******* is standing with his stupid green shopping cart CLEARLY in the way of anyone who would want to get buy. So I say "excuse me" quite dominantly, but the ******* is talking and laughing so loud that he can't even hear me. So in almost a yell I again tell him excuse me, and he moves his cart into the next aisle... THE SAME GOD DAMN ****ING AISLE I WAS PLANNING ON GOING IN AFTER I PASSED THIS MOTHER ****ER. Gawd, didn't take him too long to realize he was STILL in the way and off he moves.
Now I'll move on to the bitch with the big useless purse. First things first, why on earth do old 60 year old woman carry around purses that are big enough to store food for a family of 5? What on earth could someone as useless as herself be holding in there? By the fact that this IS a jewish grocery store, and this whore clearly has never worked a day in her life, her husband MUST be a sucessful lawyer or doctor. Is she really spending THAT much cash of his? Anyways, this bitch is trying to rush through the crowd in the fruit aisle and she knocks me right in the nuts with this floppy purse of hers. She notices what she did, and it is obvious because I am holding my nuts with what I believe would be quite the obscure look on my face. So what does she do about it? She continues to speed walk right by, with a quick "sorry" in her lame ass ****ing monotome jewish mother voice. Sorry? You're ****ing sorry? How about I shove that 30lb purse up your 200lb fat gifelte-fished ass and then we'll see who's sorry. ****ing whore.
But it's not over yet. The grocery store seems to have a different electrical charge on their shopping carts versus the shelves. So everytime I would touch my cart, I would get a shock if I touched the ****ign shelves to get my food off of. Worked vice-versa as well. I must have shocked myself 20 times while there, and I observed half the other customers going through the same ****. I don't know what the **** it is, but I should have gotten a discount for that.
And the worst part.... THOSE ****ING IDIOTS DIDN'T HAVE ANY GOD DAMN PLAIN ****ING CHEESE PIZZA! They must have had 12 different types of pizza's that no one who consider's themselves human would actually ever eat, yet they couldn't even carry 1 ****ing cheese pizza. What a bunch of turds.

Deads were good. 315 was fully locked out this time and almost got a 2nd rep. Everything else sucked. Could barely grip the BB rows, and couldn't even keep my elbows in with the bar. I can never get my elbows in, I'm starting to believe my body just won't allow it. Cut short on time because I had to wait 20 mins to use the power rack, and then being all pissed off about the ****ty BB rows really got to me. Overall a crappy session, with DLs being pretty good.

I can't believe how much weight you've gained. I think when I joined WBB in late November, you were something like 150? Ace job!
After my deads, I give myself a few minutes to let the grip cool down, and then I do the bent over dumbell rows. Being a "one arm at a time" movement, I can concentrate a bit more on grip, and by the second set, my grip is usually feeling better. I do the barbell rows next, and seem to be doing ok with that arrangement. Barbell rows are new to me (only two workouts so far), and my lats are aching like I've never hit them before. Like you mentioned, I'm hitting the biceps during rows as well, so I may need to check the form a bit.

Yesterday's session
Monday April 18, 2005
--Push
Workout:
BB Bench Press
12x135
6+1x165
7x155
6+1x155
Tried a narrower grip this time (almost an inch closer) because I feel my grip is too wide. Dunno if that's why my bench stayed the same, we'll see next week. I suck at this :(
Incline Bench
10x115 (+3R)
7x125 (+10W)
6+1x115 (+10W)
This went very well. For me, anyways.
Tricep Dips
7xBW
9xBW (+2R)
6xBW
Placed a white tissue on both dip bars and it really helped me from slipping off (which I have had trouble with in the past). These were awesome with teh afterburn on the tri's. :)
Close-Grip Bench Press
10x95 (+1R)
6+1x105
A gains a gain I guess...
OH DB Press
6x35s
6x35s
6x35s
4x35s
This really sucked! I technically got 8 reps on the first set, but I don't remember if they were smooth or not so I'll call them 6 (aka no gain). And to think I was doing these with 45s fresh 3 months ago. I just can't seem to do **** on OH Presses after all that heavy chest and killing of the triceps.
Comments:
Overall not a bad session at all.
I might do Chest&Tri/Back&Bi/Leg/Deadlifts&Shoulders split. We will see after 1 or 2 more weeks of this.
Brian decided to start a fight with me before the session started. Basically what happened was my mom said she would take us to the gym at 5:00. I wanted to be home for 9:00 and yes, Brian was aware of this. So he says we'll go at 7:00, and that he can bring and I'll pick up. So I say fine. 7:00 comes around, and no Brian. So I call him at 7:30 and he's still at his friends house recording something for a project. This is fine, but why couldn't he tell me in advance that he might not be ready for 7:00?
Brian ends up coming at 8:30, which means I won't be home for even close to 9:00 but I just said whatever because he was doing school work. I ask him "Brian, why would you tell me 7:00 when it was 8:30? Why couldn't you tell me it would be later?". He then responds that he told me he would come at 8:00, and that I should get my own ride if I want to go earlier or use the bus. This ticked me off because I DID have my own ride, but I said I would wait for him till 7:00 so we could workout together. I explain that to him and he starts complaining about how I made him wait 15 minutes once when he came to pick me up. Yea, he did wait 15 minutes. That's because he called me from his car saying "I'll be there in 5 minutes" while I was still sleeping in my boxers. How does he expect me to get up, change, wash my face, bring my dog out, prepare my workout stuff, and make my gatorade shake in 5 minutes?
It gets even worst though, because in the whole 9th grade Brian took us (the clique) to places a total of ZERO times. But we never complained, because I'm sure it wasn't his fault. We (the clique) don't complain about having to take ways dozens and dozens of times for 1 whole year, but Brian complains that I kept him waiting for 15 minutes once. I guess he also feels he now has the right to lie to me about timing.
Stephen Riddington
04-19-2005, 11:05 PM
The reason you think it was a weak session is because you're going lower than you normally do on the presses. The muscles are too used to having you benching to a certain point, when you go lower than the point, the muscles doesn't recognize that, thus it feels heavier pushing it back up. I believe it's a good thing, gives them a shock. Overall, I think you did a great session.

Workout:
BB Bench Press
12x135
6+1x165
7x155
6+1x155
Tried a narrower grip this time (almost an inch closer) because I feel my grip is too wide. Dunno if that's why my bench stayed the same, we'll see next week. I suck at this :(
Incline Bench
10x115 (+3R)
7x125 (+10W)
6+1x125 (+10W)

Dude, Crippy, how come your cloe grip bench is so much lower than your regular bench? I can do almost as much close grip as I can regular. Perhaps you should stick with the wider grip on the regular bench so you use less of your tri's so they won't be so burned out by the time you get to your close grips.

Dunno, keep in mind I'm still on BW dips while you are up to BW+70. My triceps are quite weak.
I'm also fully focused on gaining size now, so numbers aren't that important to me as opposed to intensity and hitting the muscle groups hard every session. I believe benching with a closer grip will do a fair bit for my tricep development, which is very lacking.
Guido
04-27-2005, 10:09 AM
Nope. Not flaring the elbows. I keep them right at my sides. Yes, I suppose that working that close grip more will only help your tri's, which will in turn help out with your regular bench. Work dem tri's, foo! :whip:

--Legs
Workout:
Front Squats
10x135
8x155
7x165
7x165
Regular squats were becoming nothing but a chore. I DREADED doing them. On Thursdays I would say, "****! 6 more days until I have to squat :(". The day of squatting I'd try to find excuses as to why I can't squat or can't go to the gym, but I'd always go through with it anyways. It's made my legs nice and buff, but I'm just too sick of it now. So Front Squats are in for 6-12 weeks, then I might return to regular squats again (MIGHT!).
These went pretty well. Half of the reps were basically ass to ankles, some were not. All were definitely past parallel. This made my delts SORE AS HELL. It felt like how my traps felt after the first time squatting. It hurt, and it was damn fun. I really like this exercise, it's like juggling but with more benefits :D. Weight is quite low because keeping elbows above ground angle is damn hard! I'll need to get the numbers up higher if I plan to have the same "burn" I get when doing regular squats. This really burned up my core; I like that.
Leg Press
14x5pps (+2R)
6x6pps (+2R)
4x6pps --> 6x4pps
This went well. I've done 6 plates for 6 before but my ROM wasn't like this. When I tried ROM like this I only got 3 or 4 reps. Last set, I was trying to make sure my knees didn't flare out and I actually caused them to flare IN; was a huge ass struggle to complete the rep!
DB Lunges
12x55s (+2R)
9x60s (+5Ws)
5x60s
Good! Still not at Guido's level though.
Lying Leg Curls
1x130
Left Leg ONLY:
12x50
8x50
Right Leg ONLY:
10x30
10x30
I hope I didn't inure my hammie :(. I got this uncanny pain in my right hamstring even from the 1st rep of 130. I think it is from yesterday because I was sleeping awkwardly and woke up with a slight pain in that hammie. Went down to something loserific like 100 and still got the pain. Decided instead of dropping the exercise for today I could work on my left hammie (which is a bit smaller than my right). Finished it off with some very light sets for the right one.
Smith Standing Calf Raises
12x2pps
10x2pps+25s (+1R)
10x2pps+25s (+1R)
8x2pps+25s
Meh.
Comments:

I've made a list of what I don't like about my appearance:
- Back Acne
- Chest Acne
- Gynecomastia
- Big ribs which make my chest look tiny
- Thin arms
- The fact that I pack on little muscle no matter what I do
I truly hate my genetics. The first 2 should go away eventually, and if they leave scars I'll need laser treatment. The gyno I will hopefully get surgery for. The ribs will always make my chest look small and make me look skinny (There are surgeries but I'm not willing to get them). Thin arms, I can just hope will fill out.
Makes me depressed when I list all this because then I find people who are so undedicated and eat ~2000 calories a day yet look better than me and have none of those problems I listed.
All I can say is that if someone could prove to me that reincarnation occurs after death, I would most definitely kill myself.
- Mitch

So front squats, eh? Those have just always just looked wrong to me. And painful on the shoulders and clavicle. I for one like doing regular squats, but hey, whatever you like and as long as it gives you results.
I'm glad your enjoying the DB Lunges. They kick your ass!

Keep your chin up Crippler. Nothing ever gets accomplished without a little hard work. The older you get, the less those things will matter too. I mean that in a good way. I used to always stress over my body acne and think others would think mine was gross. It's under control and I a have a few scars, but the big thing I realized with age is that nobody really cares what my skin looks like. They may notice the blemishes, most people have them, but it won't make anybody think less of me. Same goes for you. You will realize there are bigger things to stress about than acne or the size of your rib cage.

Technically, this is up 5lb DBs and 4 reps. But now that I'm on push/pull/leg/push/pull, and the session's volume is much less, my shoulder were far fresher so 40s went up with quite a breeze. 40s, that IS still quite weak though.

Workout:
Front Squats
10x135
10x165 (+3R)
7x185 (+20W)
6x185 (+20W)
Mostly newbie gains on this. Felt good this time around. My elbows fell to low on the last rep of the last set, so to compensate I threw my back further backwards and got my elbows back up. Finished the rep, totally off balance and had to lunge forward afterwards to keep from falling. Hehe.
This was so freakin intense though.
Leg Press
6x6pps
12x5pps
10x5pps
Same as last week. Holy **** was this ever intense. I swear I was almost crying on the last 2 sets.
DB Lunges
10x60s (+1R)
8x60s
8x55s
Not too bad. I can probably hit 12 reps with the 60s, but the burn is too much for me after all the heavy squats and leg press.
Lying Leg Curls
8x130
7x120
8x110
8x110
Gonna try out SLDL again.
Smith Standing Calf Raises
*Tommorow*
Comments:
Good session. Intensity was damn high and I had to to take way to long of rests between some sets. Calves will be done tommorow, after light push day.

Up to 185 lbs. That's 2 or 3 lbs up from last week. My diet has SUCKED this week so I'm not sure how this happened. I was weighing myself on less than 1000 calories too!
Nice work.
When I bulk, I tend to gain in batches as well, even when my eating is very consistent. So don't be discouraged if the weigh scale doesn't go up 1lb every week.

Haven't done these in a month. A little weaker than before, ROM is a little better than before. Not too bad I guess.
Incline DB Bench
8x55s
8x55s
6x55s
Have never incorporated these before. I remember when I tried this once in November or December I was using 45s for ****ty reps.

Josh cut me short here :D. Anyways, I've done 100 for 8 reps, fresh, going down parallel. These were done touching chest, and obviosly not so fresh. I'd say I maintained strength. Who cares, I want big delts so gotta start somewhere!

Thanks everyone. I'm thinking of buying a power rack, 400lbs in weights, and some adjustable DBs. Because...
Im sick of going to the gym and waiting to use equipment.
Im sick of being stuck not able to workout on weekends due to ****ty operating hours.
Im sick of busting my ass to find ways to get there and back.
Im sick of missing friday's session nearly every other week because the gym closes before 9:00 PM.
Im sick of holding in my farts every time I lift.
Im sick of dropping DBs because sitting up with them makes me fart and I can't do that at the gym.
Im sick of a couple of those trainers.
And finally, having my own equipment would be loads of fun. I have $300 right now, so I'm looking for a job to get some more $$$ and buy this ****. I saw some 15 year old working at loblaws so I'm gonna call them up and see what I can do. Maybe with my strong knowledge of nutrition they'll put me as an operator in the health aisle :).
Sobeys is a great place to work. Someone from my work, works their and when the manager isn't there, all the workers just eat food :D If you're just looking for a short time job, and you don't want to last long, telemarketing is another good option. Thanks everyone. I'm thinking of buying a power rack, 400lbs in weights, and some adjustable DBs. Because...
I have(/had) my own equipment and it was a very good investment. A few words of advice for your purchase.
· Make sure you get a high quality bench. (Adjustable, if possible) When I got my bench, I opted for a less expensive one and it was unstable and frightening. I felt very unsafe when my bench numbers reached their high points.
· Make sure your adjustable dumbbells fit olympic plates with the squeezable collars. I have 2 sets of adjustables, one fits with those screw on collars and one works well with the same collars I use for my barbell. Unfortunately, the good ones are thick dumbbells, which made it extremely difficult to increase my dumbbell rows.
· Get a dip/chin attachment. It's a worthwhile investment.
That's all.
Yeah I'm with gal...if you can try to get a power rack that has a dip/pullup station attached. I know you like those excercises.

I'll take a look at Dominion and the Sobeys down at Rutherford. I might just consider working 5x a week, long hours in the summer to get a big flow of cash in. We'll see.
Masey:
Yeah man, today it got even worst. I'll explain in my session post.
Coke:
Hire me Cokie, ;). I'm still reconsidering the home gym idea. If I can find a gym with long hours that's easily accesible and has a lot of equipment I'll jsut do that. They have built this huge new gym near my house, so I will probably check that out and might do that instead of the home gym idea.
depussy:

Zearoth:
If I do purchase equipment you will not have much access to it. As you have said many times, I'm simply not reliable.

I call the sets stupid because Josh kept making me laugh and I had to drop the weight.
Comments:
Pretty ****ty session. Everything felt kinda poor and awkward, dunno why. My BB rows need so much work.
Today I was supposed to do legs, but dMz *sorta* ditched me and could only go later on like at 6:00. I had to leave to wrestling at 6:50 and had no ride to get back from the gym any earlier. So not sure how I am supposed to catch up on legs since I have sessions the next 2 days. Any suggestions?
Some little gains here and there. My forearms are tiny so gonna start working on those, and as well my grip.
Every workout counts - props on the effort...combine the sessions one day, just take out the minor movements.
Guido

Still got some PR's, so it was a good sesh. Just do some legs at home, mein. Single leg squatty's, single leg calf raises (with DB's), some Hamstring Hypers, and you're good to go, yo.
Chubrock
05-12-2005, 07:54 AM
I agree with Guido on some of the single leg stuff. This is also going on a very different platform so to speak, but you could do some plyometrics. Do some standing jumps, box jumps, 1 legged squat jumps, Monkey ****ers, agility drills, heck just about anything your heart desires. It may serve to provide a bit of a break for your lowerbody but still give you a workout at the same time.

LOL Mitch's bitching as usual.
Like Cokie says, each session counts, you made an effort to go to the gym. That itself should count for something, it can be a mark of your character. If you feel you have a bad session, ignore it and move on; because dwelling on that will make you have more ****ty sessions. Once you get the habit of getting past bad session, the better you will get in your sessions. I don't think there's one person on the board that never had a bad session. Poor sessions are part of bodybuilding, think of it as a motivation factor.

Coker:
Doubt I can do that. Almost all my movements "count", in the sense that one movement isn't really more important than the other. I also doubt I could do squats AND leg press AND bench AND OH press all on the same day.
Guido:
Great idea man, I'll take it!
Chubrock:
I've been planning on doing plyo's anyways. I need to plan out a good routine for it first though. Any suggestions?
Little Jeff:
I guess I do feel it in my back, but A LOT in my bi's as well.
Nito:
Who the hell is bird man.
Sylvia:
I'll bring my A-game, chica!
Homz:
K. Bad session piss me off, there's nothing I can really do about it. I DO NOT mind if my weight does not go up, or even if it goes down. What I do mind is when movements feel like crap and the exercises feel awkward.
Take this to heart: Bad sessions don't happen, they're just small bumps in the making of the superhighway known as Mitch :)
Hey Mitch,
Try lowering the weight a bit on those BB rows - this usually helps when I have that exact same problem. Can you feel it in your bi's mostly as you complete the top range of the movement? I find that if I have just a bit too much weight on, I have to compensate by using my arms more to get the barbell right up to the top. But that could just be me.
BTW, your hair is crazy as ****.

If you're concerned with range of motion on your db bench, perhaps have Brian or Nito help you out, or lower the weights until you get the hang of it, and move on to higher weights. The ROM on DB bench is slightly different than BB bench. For me, I bench the DBs until the weight plates touches skin before pressing back up.

Workout:
Front Squats
10x135
10x185 (+3R)
6x195 (+10W)
4x195
185 was very nice and crisp. 2nd last set, form was a little off as my knees were going a little too far past my feet. Last set form was VERY off so cut it short at 4 reps.
Leg Press
6x6pps
11x5pps
8x5pps
No gains here. Last 2 sets were knees touching chest. Very intense and my legs respond to this VERY well.
DB Lunges
9x60s
9x60s
First set was off, second set was smooth. Felt good, didn't push myself as hard as usual as the leg press left me barely walkable.
Lying Leg Curls
12x110
8x110
10x100
9x100
Focus on slow negatives and controlled reps here. I've plateau'd this exercise fully and need to try and get in some SLDL instead.
Smith Standing Calf Raises
12X2PPS
9X3PPS
12X2PPS+25
12X2PPS+25
Comments:
Good session overall. Not too many gains, but left me very sore.

Thanks guys.
Today was a push day but something weird happened. I was doing my incline BB press (1st exercise) and I got a MASSIVE migraine. It felt like when I got kicked in the head and knocked out for 2 seconds in wrestling a few months ago, except this time the pain lasted for a couple minutes and I wasn't knocked out. Went lighter, focused on breathing, and the headache pain was increasing less but still increasing none the less. Decided to call it easy and cut out all presses, so I did some light flies, dips, pushdowns, lateral raises, and front raises. Most of that stuff was good, though the headache was pretty rough all the way until 1 set into the dips. If this persists I might take 1 or 2 weeks off from all heavy compounds. I REALLY do not want to though, so let's hope this problem clears (I was getting the headaches doing leg press yesterday).

Workout:
Deadlift
10x135
10x185
8x225
3x275
1x315
1x345 (PR!)
The headaches were coming back on the higher rep sets (especially on 2pps), so I made the decision that it wasn't worth killing myself with 4-6 reps and I might as well just stick to 1 rep maxing. Felt good, 345 wasn't TOO hard. I have so much leg DOMS, so I was VERY surprised with this lift.
Pullups @ 189lbs... Lat Pulldown subbed in
7xBW
...
12x135
12x135
Got a MASSIVE headache on the pullup. Even worst than yesterday's, man did this ever hurt lol. It's a shame because I'm 3lbs heavier than last time and the 7th rep wasn't even hard (last week I did 8@186lbs). Even Lat Pulldown was giving me some head aching so kept it light.
Bentover Lateral Raises
12x15s
8x20s
13x15s (+1R)
Felt pretty good!
Smith Shrugs
10x195 (+1R)
12x195 (+3R)
14x195 (+5R)
I was looking in the mirror last night and thinking "Damn, my traps got bigger!". I guess I was right.
BB Curls
10x80 (+10W)
8x80 (+10W)
7x80 (+10W)
I had mentioned to Jeff a couple nights ago that my biceps mysteriously got bigger when I woke up one evening. Again, I guess I was right.
Windups
5x10 (+1R)
I need to make my own adjustable one of these, as the gyms is not. 10lbs on this is getting to easy, I could have gotten a 6th but the gym was closing and I was already 1 minute overtime. BTW, I do these standing on the dip station for increased ROM.
Comments:
Very happy with this session. When you go into a deadlift/back session with leg DOMS and headaches, you don't expect much from the session. Then when you throw out PRs left and right, it really makes you happy and proud.

Pretty bad. I went in thinking I would have to stop the session because of the headaches, but they didn't act up all that much so everything went fine. Next week it's time to get some PRs.

Yeah, deads and squats are my better lifts. I think I could have pulled 355 that day if I sucked it up and pushed myself, but I was having headaches so took it SOMEWHAT lighter.
Nice work, despite the headaches! Those must really suck.
Try taking some time off - I took two weeks off and I don't think I lost anything significant. As long as you keep eating and just doing light exercise, you should be fine... even one week would probably do you good. That's what I would do, anyway.
But it looks like they're clearing up on their own, so maybe you don't have to :)
BTW, your deads are fricking amazing.

Homz:
I find myself either really happy with a session or really angered with it. I'm not blessed with genetics like Guido to gain on everything at once for such long periods of time, so chances are if I make good PRs on lets say a pull session than I won't make any on push that week. It could be age related, as at 16 puberty can be holding me back. It seems to ease my mind in knowing by the time I'm just 20 I'll be uber jacked. Maybe not Chase jacked, but something of some sort none the less.

Workout:
ATA Squats
6x165
6x225
4x225
10x205
Front squats are out and regular squats are back in. I feel there were just too many limiting factors with the front squat (balance, core, etc.) to use it as my primary movement. If I ever do upper/lower split again or legs more than once a week they will definitely be back in.
Weight was sissy today. Haven't done them in 1 month so that might be why.
Leg Press
10x5pps
10x5pps
Intense as hell, headaches came back on the 2nd set so cut it short there (had 2 more in me I think). Knees to chest, so freakin intense!
DB Lunges
9x60s
8x60s
Man was I ever dead from the squats + LP. Totally tripped on the 5th rep, 2nd set. Nearly fell over, lol.
Lying Leg Curls
12x110
9x110
9x100
10x100
Tried SLDL, no luck with that. I think I got the form down pretty well, but I still felt it somewhat in my lower back too. Doing deadlifts just 2 days after this session, so I'll need to stick with these ****ty leg curls for now. May try seated or single leg ones for variation. Huge decline in weight today on this, wtf happened?
Smith Standing Calf Raises
12x2pps
9x2pps+25
10x2pps+25
8x2pps+25 ---> 6x2pps ---> 12x1pps
Lots of teh burning :).
Comments:
No gains at all this session, even went down in strength. Everything felt ace though... size over strength for now, so I'll just say I'm neutral with my opinions on this one.
Had to take a dump after the 1st set of squats, and held it in all the way to calf raises. Holding in protein shakes + chicken burgers + pizza = no good. dMz was lucky enough to hear it live, lol.
Hardest part of the session was getting up from the can. I swear, there is NOTHING more relaxing than sitting down and taking a dump just seconds after a nice, intense leg session.

Maybe not Chase jacked, but something of some sort none the less.Hmmmm. Could be the puberty. The fluctuation in hormones from dayd to day could be affecting your workout's somewhat. But if you look at in on a longer term basis, you are making very good gains. In fact I'm jealous, cause I wasn't anything even close to where you are now until a few months ago, and I'm almost 28 years old. When I was your age, I was a 5'6", 115lb twig, and could have probably barely benched 100 lbs.

Thanks dudes. Squats will hopefully pop back up this next week or two. I was doing 225 for 6 parallel back in February, then switched to ATF and dropped down to 185. Worked my way up to 225 for 8, then switched to Front Squats for about a month. Couldn't get the leg intensity I get with regular squats so I'm back to those and hoping to break the 250 barrier for reps sometime soon.
Homz:
I hope so, I really wanna get taller!

I still can't help and be jealous of you though. To think at a time we were even in size and strength, lol. I want to get deads 3 days away, but I'm not sure how I can fit this in my schedule in regards to wrestling. Brian and I will need to figure something out.

Headaches came back quite strong on the set of 135, so went with lighter weight for the other sets. Headaches still there but not close to as bad.
Flat DB Flies
12x35s
6x40s
14x35s
New Exercise. My shoulders gave out on the 40 set, a problem which I've almost always had when I did these in the past. Looks like 10-14 reps in stagnant for these.
OH DB Extentions
12x50
12x60
5x65
New Exercise. I love this one. Elbows will surely flaring out on the 65 DB set, and possibly on the 60. I was REALLY focusing on keeping them in but not sure if I accomplished that. Video camera will be a next week's session.
Lateral Raises
12x20s (+2R)
9x20s
11x20s (+1R)
Headaches surely would have came back on the OH Press so kept that out for this week. Might SS lateral raises in with them regularly as I love this exercise.

I've decided to step things up a notch.
Back last summer I was bigger and stronger than Josh & Brian (Nito & Zearoth) by a far margin. Since then I've put on more weight than they have yet Josh is nearly as big as me and Brian is bigger now. It's time to take my lead again and leave these two mofo's in the dust forever.
This week I will be resting for the headaches, but I will have 1 lower and 1 upper session (with loser exercises like machine flyes and leg extentions). I am going to eat 6000 calories every day no matter what. I'm making my diet into almost pure liquid (shakes), with the addition of eggs + cereal for breakfast and whatever my mom makes for dinner. I'm going to go to bed by 12:00 to 12:30 and waking up bright and early for breakfast, some WBB browsing and a nice, smooth protein shake. I'm gonna be working on my flexibility and hopefully will get to the splits in a matter of months. My vertical leap sucks so I will be working on that with plyometrics. I hope to do both of these in the morning before school, if I can't pull it off summer is only 3 weeks away so I'll have a ****load of time.
This all sounds like a plan to me. Now, time for some pre-kicking my clique's ass measurements:
Height: 5'9" (a tad more)
Weight: ~187lbs
Waist: 33"
Chest/Back: 44"
Arms: 14"
Forearms: 11.9"
Legs: 24.7"
