After a workout, a person should consume a good amount of protein/carbs. But how much fats should he/she consume? (Regardless whether is he Bulking or Cutting). Or should a person eat as little Fats as possible after workout?

as little of fat as possible because of the insulin spike.

agree with avatar, but also, fat slows digestion which post training you don;t really want.
