This has been asked b4 but i couldnt find an answer in the search function. All i wanna know is: where can i find an example of what ronnie would eat on a typical day...just for curiosity. Are there any webpages that i can check out?

Chicken, corn bread and grits. I think that pretty much covers it :)

lots of food, and plenty of anabolics and androgens (although those get injected, not 'eaten'...but they are a direct reason for why he's gi-normous)

Come on now thats not true, its half a cow a day RAW, then slops up the blood with 4 loaves of bread. Whole wheat bread of course!

That pretty much nailed it. With the exception of Xtreme Whey Protein, and Masterpeice BBQ Sauce.

Haha, I remember in one of his videos it showed him eating at the Black Eyed Pea for like 3 meals in one day.
I also laughed when he said he was a few weeks out from Mr. O, and it showed him eating french fries and BBQ sauce.

Not too much to be found there or google I'm afriad, maybe someone who'll take more time to sift through the endless results pages will find more.
I am sure that he does eat more than 90% of mortal men can stomach, though.

and he puts fried egg white in them too from what i could make out (i watched one of his films from a bittorent but the quality was pretty poor). Does he get a discount in that restaurant he keeps going to for the tons of free advertising they got in his video? :D

OK how about this question, how much calories does he eat? 7000 or something?

I would hope he eats a lot more than 7000 in the offseason when he is a bloated bag, but everyones metabolism is so different and it's hard to tell what he really eats from his vids.

Unbelievable is MUCH more impressive than Redemption.
As smalls said, they all eat differently. Cutler posts his diets on his site, and in the off-season he only eats around 7000 calories per day.
