View Full Version : Need a new sandwich recipe (100C, 50P, 20F)

100 g carbs
50g protein
20g fat

i used to get a ham pita sandwich from the 7-11 deli every afternoon.....gettin too expensive ($3.56 American) each day.

any recipie ideas......for a stuffed sandwich with the same C:P:F ratio's

well you like tuna?

Grab a couple of cans of tuna, or perhaps a can of tuna and some ham or something and mix it with some mayo and in your own sanwhich bread. Just use enough mayo, meat and bread to make your calories.

NOPE! cant use it cuz i make my tuna/mayo snack late afternoon......

2 slices 7 grain rye bread (toasted, yummy)
1/2tsp. clarified butter
1/2tsp. regular mayo (butter should be enough fats though) or you could add a couple thin slices of cheese (just watch the fats)
3oz. cooked turkey breast (real stuff, not processed)
few slices spinach, iceburg lettuce and radicchio
handful of alfalfa sprouts

cram shut and shove in your mouth

interesting, i'll try it tonight...i goto the grocery store every night :D call me a freak, but i buy my meat almost everyday.
