Ok, so I've been looking at the nutrisystem. For those that will just say, buy in bulk, cook it all yourself and dont pay all that money, just can it, I'm not asking for those responses.
I'm curious as to whether or not it decent. If anyone has tried it and whether it worked or not. www.nutrisystem.com is what it is. seems cool, for about 10$ a day. you get food for 5 weeks. worked out to be about 260 for 5 weeks for me. Now this system is not for bulking or packing on mass. it's for maintaining while I drop weight. Apparentally without exercise i'm dropping 10-15lbs a month, but with cardio which i've been doing it will compound the loss (duh). now the difference i made to the program is that instead of some crappy snacks twice a day i'm going to down protein shakes. This will help my protein levels stay good while I lightly condition the muscles back to agility. what do you' all think?
basically you only eat the food they send to your door. Besides costs, anything bad about it? I work 45+ hours a week and next week will be 50+, i dont want to take the brief free times to cook or i'm just too damned tired to. I get to the gym for light weights and cardio 3 times a week either afterw work or on my day off. thoughts?
