Protein Bars

I would like to know what some good protein bars you guys tried or maybe some good recioes. I currently use bio protein bars which contain 21g per bar.Anything better out there?

i've tried lambradas trio-plex(something like that) detour and a few others i tried at the arnold!

Well I'm not much of a cook but do they have similar amounts of protein compared to premade ones?

they have some detour bars at GNC that have like 24g's of protein....and there not bad tasting either....

Muscle Techs - MesoTech bars are pretty decent, aswell as Trioplex which are good for bulking (480 cals)

for best tatsing, id go for an clif builders bar. 20g of protein and tatse real good. can be bought at your local safeway.
