:withstupi Yeah man hook urself up with a free sample!!! But to be honnest with you it kinda looks like garbage (once again a muscletech overpriced POS). But i was taking a look at the ingredients and it looks like things you can get a whole lot cheaper. However id just stick with the basics (creatine, protein, fishoil, etc)

And that's what alot of advertising is supposed to do, right. WTF, I'm in - I'll get a sample, too. Then we can compare notes.

you've been reading muscle and fitness haven't you? haha.. its just another gimmick really. There is truth behind the combinations that create gakic but thing is like pbsteve said.. all you need is your basic sups, protein, fish oil and creatine is optional.

I have the opportunity to get a free month's supply of this (not the free sample from the website). Couldn't hurt to try it, I guess.

When it comes right down to it, most supplements are bs. The best for you or anyone to take would be cratine or muscle milk. Protein powder of course. In my experiences the best were creatine supps and muscle milk or protein powders. Not all supps are bs though, but nowadays its just tough to tell.

Do they even say what is in it? I could express an opinion if they state what the active ingredient is.

It's a combo of aminos & caproic acid in some proprietary combination - glycine-l-arginine-alpha-ketoisocaproic acid calcium - GAKIC

does the way it's written mean they've chemically combined the ingredients, or is it the same as just putting all the individual ingredients in the same capsule?

also, what is caproic acid?

they're taking this launch crazy serious... they're doing a large nationwide tour with it giving out free samples, if you want to try it i'd say go (althoguh i'm sure you'll be let down). I'm going to be getting a full size bottle (not sure of how many servings, but the 79.99 size), actually all staff members at my national vitamin chain get free ones. it will be interesting to see if there's anything to it or not.

i'm not gonna take any of it until my routine is going smoothly so i can gauge it... i think that's why so many people think that some of the phony supplements work, is because when they get the thing they either begin training or begin training harder (but not due, physiologically anways, to the new supplement). my 2 cents

This isn't the elixir of life. It won't kill you to wait a few weeks, will it? You've lived this long without it...

Well, the UPS guy left and I now have my free one-month's supply of GAKIC. Took the first dose a few moments ago (8 pills!). There's 16 doses in the bottle--enough for one month, given 4 workouts a week. I usually do three, so it'll be a five-week trial for me...

Big cytogainer advocate here!

How different is Gakic supposedly from something like No-Xplode? Sounds similar to me. I don't have time to read thousands of techno-jargon describing what it is.
