hey..i'm very new to this site and plan to get into some pretty serious lifting..I'm 6' 190 and i've just recently purchased these supplements and i'd like to know if I did good or if I should get anything else haha...I don't really have any set goals yet i'm just planning on getting serious wiht this 1st:
1)Universal Animal Pak
2)GNC Creatine Monohydrate Tablets
3)Universal Sterol Complex
any comments will help

the animal pak is a good multi....I've been using it for a while and I like it....the GNC creatine is good too....dont know too much about the sterol complex yea u did pretty good I'd say...just to get some protein and probably some protein bars.....

yep, what supplement shelf is completed without protein?..lol anyways defiantly would help to get some protein like BossHawg02 said. The bars are good too, just incase you cant get a meal in or whatever you can snack on them. You can also make your own bars though. Im sure you can find some recipes for them on google or here on wbb.

you can do both at the same time, but I agree that one is often "left behind" in contemplation of the other :)

and sometimes people need something, external, like a supplement to get them started, even motivate them. the whole I spent money on it, so I have to get my money worth thought process.

alright...well I went and got some GNC 100% whey protein and i took it before my workout tonight...i feel pretty good. i might be able to stick with this one

yea I've got that same protein....not too bad tasting either....I use milk it helps the taste....the protein bars that are hot right now are the detours....made by snickers......30g's of protein....they fill me up....downfall there 310 calories a bar.....

If you need a supplement to get motivated, your are in the wrong line of work...
And the bolded part makes ABSOLUTELY no sense!!!! Hopefully, you were hopped up on those supplements when you typed that...
