I'm currently taking the following supplements :

Scitech High protein lean-mass gainer
Twinlab Mega L-Carnatine
Twin lab Amino fuel

I was wondering what peoples opinions are on these particular supplments, and what kind of effects they will yield, coupled with this workout

Which included 40 minutes of running/cardio on the off days, and Martial arts classes 4 times a week. I currently weigh around 190 lbs and I'm 6ft tall.
I'm not too sure what my current bf % is, but I'm loosing weight pretty fast and, and my upper abs are visable.

Well, if you want to build muscle the most important thing is eating sufficient calories and following a non-******ed training regimen.

Everything else besides that (other than aas) makes very little difference, if any at all.

Per Paul Stagg (I believe): "Squats are better than supplements."
