Well, after some fitday usage and long thinking, I've decided to clean my diet up a little bit. I am currently hitting 3000+ cals a day without too much problem. Right now, IMO, I am eating a lot of deli meats and too many fats, and not enough carbs. I have a couple questions for anyone who wishes to answer:
I am in desperate need of a new lunch menu. What sorts of things are you all eating for lunches/snacks, and what would you recommend?
What is a good roadmap for protien/carbs/fat to follow for someone on a bulk (i.e. 1g protien to 1lb BW, etc.)?
