I need to cut a couple hundred cals because im feeling a little too bulky lately. Where would be the most ideal place to cut them from? From my protein carbs or fats?

42g. protein powder
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tbsp. Olive oil

Chicken Sandwich on whole what
lettuce + Tomato+Mayo

Tuna on whole wheat

Myoplex Meal Replacement 40g. protein 20g.carbs various vitamins

3tbsp.natty pb on 1 piece of whole what bread

40g.Protein powder in 8oz. skim milk 1 tbsp. olive oil

whole lotta water, mulivitamin, and L-glutamine in between all that.
So whatcha think?

i would cut down on the bread and stick to protein and fats and add some veggies to your diet

Kill the bread, replace it with green veggies.

Like just some of the bread? like a slice from each meal? remember i'm bulking too just bulkin a little TOO quick.

Ditch the two slices in the AM, have your PB then instead (good on apple slices, or on celery).

For post workout, keep the bread, but have it with some lean protein instead of pb.
