hey i was just thinking hard about the cut i am going to and i wanted to get some opinions on it.

Liftday: 2300 Calories
Rest day: 2000
edit: i'm 6'0 tall and around 205 lb with ~24% bf

a typical day will be 5 meals, around 400 calories each

meal 1
meal 2
meal 3
meal 4
prebed snack

a workout day would be
meal 1
meal 2
Lift
meal 3 + 300 calories
meal 4
prebed snack

what do you all think of this plan?

if not the +300 calories then do you think it would be better to shift a meal from before the workout (meal 2) to post workout? because i read alot of threads that said you had to eat like a crazy man post workout

yea.. just looking for critiques\opinions

Setup looks fine.

After protein, EFAs, and vitamin/mineral requirements have been met, it's really all about total calories.
