Alright I have some extra money from this month, and I would like some opinions on what I should buy. Food is out of the question (since I'm deployed, and the px mostly has potato chips, and crap...) so this is what im currently taking...

100% whey Protein Powder
Pure Creatine Powder
Multi-Vitamin
Vitamin C Capsules
Fish Oil

I've seen some pretty well gains with this combination. I would like to help out on the end of muscle recovery, and also post workout energy. My current nutrition intake has been pretty well, but not the best. I'm on a good workout log, and my muscles are getting adequate rest. Here is what I've came up with for what I should start taking please critique...

Dextrose
Glutamine
BCAA
L-Cartinine

What you take now = good.

What you propose to take = waste of money.

What you need to add = ETS from AtLarge Nutrition, LLC and that is all.

Skip the glutamine, carnatine, BCAA. That crap is a waste of money.

I've only been taking ETS for 10 days now and I've already seen my strength increase, my fatigue decrease and my joints feel healthier than ever. It's the real thing.

A thermogenic/energy supplement is good at times. I don't use one regularly, but I find that every once in a while when I'm feeling too tired to lift, some thermocin or thermorexin gets me goin :) However, if you do decide to get one, start with a low dosage. I am a major pussy with stimulants, so if I take, say one thermocin (reccomended 6/day) I will have a substantial increase in energy.

If that is the case then you should consider AtLarge's Thermocin as well.
