Ok I have been working out for the past 5 months the first pictures were taken back in may 8th. I have fibromylgia so I suffer from muscle weakness, but putting that aside I have gained 30lbs, It has been difficult but I think I have achived some results.

I would like ppls opinions or suggestions good/bad/ugly, im slowly losing my motivation. (ps I nothing I can do about my face)

My mom has severe Fibromyalgia. Weight training has helped her tremendously.

Just don't stop. And make sure you are training your legs and lower back if you are not allready.

Keep working. Failure is not an option. You're making progress, to stop will ruin you. On a side note there has been a limited amount of research that indicates that supplementing ribose might help you with your situation. Do a google search for Stephen Sinatra, MD. He's conducted the most research in this area.

Thanks guys/girls for the kind words. One day I hope pray that I will look like some of you.
At the moment I'm concentrating on bulking, I haven't got a specific Diet As dirty bulkin was a good option since When I started I was super skinny. Fibromyalgia Is a pain in the arse, It weakens me considerabley which makes me feel that gains in the future will be limited. I don't take anything for drug wise for my health just vitamin b12 and creatine. thanks for the suggestion Djreef I will certainly look into it.

I feel a little happier about myself now :D

Muscles dont care about how much youre lifting they just have to be challenged. You may not be able to lift as much but youll still see great gains.
