I don't even know where to start. Please don't waste your money on that crap. Read the Diet and Bodybuilding forums. Are you working your legs? What's your current workout routine?

Ok, well ive been workin out for 4 years, i dont have a specific diet, like i stated. I cant stay away from food sometimes, but then sometimes i can. So i cant really say i have a "diet".. My workout is, i workout more upper body than lower, but i do workout my whole body. I do flat bench, decline, incline, shrugs, curls, lats, leg press, squats, and other exercises. But i just want to know a "diet" and/or a supliment to help me get back my strength, and become more cut, and bigger :)

the first thing that threw up a red flag for me was when they claimed it builds muscle up to 300% and burns fat at 200% at the same time.

Phelon, I take creatine and I weigh 130 lbs. Beast indeed LOL!

You really need to do some reading. About 80% of your success at achieving the body you desire is DIET. You said yourself you don't follow a set diet. How do you expect to achieve your goal when you're ignoring 80% of the equation? A supplement won't help if your diet isn't dialled in.

Sorry.

I like my diet. It's in my sig. Supps are in there, too.

Read the "what a bodybuilder eats" sticky.

I'll be the first one, and certainly not the only one, to tell you that implementing a good training routine and diet is not going to turn you into a "bodybuilder" or a "****in beast" in any short amount of time. You should know that by now if you have been training for the last 4 years, even if your diet has not been up to par.

Frankly, I think that kind of mentality should offend most of us here, considering all the work we put into things. Yet, I recognize ignorance to be something everyone portrays to a certain degree, and for that, you are forgiven.

Now go read through this site, forget the supplements for now, and go work on that athletic physique

I suggest reading up on what a proper diet would be based on your goals. Protein powder works just about as well as a can of tuna does.
