it's a pomegranate juice drink that is supposed to be really high in anti-oxidants

i'm going to start drinking 8oz. a day for kicks

it's got about 24g sugar though

Been drinking it for awhile, hard to say what the health benefit is directly, but it sure aint hurting.

lots of sugar...that's its only negative side. maybe add it to a vanilla MRP that's low carb to 'round it out' ?
